Membership Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in a Proper Image Detailing Membership, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Membership Services
Membership services are maintenance-only detailing services. They are not intended to replace full details or corrective services.
2. Condition of Vehicle
Proper Image Detailing reserves sole discretion to determine whether a vehicle qualifies for a mini detail. Vehicles requiring excessive labor due to neglect, pet hair, stains, odors, mud, sand, or biohazards may require additional services at an additional charge or may be refused.
3. Vehicle Eligibility
Membership applies to one (1) registered vehicle.
Vehicle size adjustments apply and are disclosed at signup.
Switching vehicles requires prior approval and may result in pricing adjustments.
4. Scheduling & Availability
Priority booking is provided but same-day service is not guaranteed.
Appointments are subject to availability and operating hours.
Proper Image Detailing reserves the right to reschedule due to equipment issues, illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed entirely may result in forfeiture of that month’s mini detail without refund or credit.
6. Rollover & Accumulation
Unused membership services do not roll over, accumulate, or carry forward to future billing cycles.
7. Payments & Billing
Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis.
Failed or declined payments may result in immediate suspension of services.
No refunds are provided for partial months or unused services.
8. Minimum Term & Cancellation
Memberships require a three (3) month minimum term.
After the minimum term, cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice.
Proper Image Detailing reserves the right to terminate any membership for abuse, misuse, repeated no-shows, or violations of these terms.
9. Pricing & Changes
Proper Image Detailing reserves the right to modify pricing, services, membership structure, or availability with reasonable notice. Continued use of membership services constitutes acceptance of changes.
10. Discounts & Promotions
Membership discounts apply only to qualifying services.
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
Discounts have no cash value and are not transferable.
11. Liability & Pre-Existing Conditions
Proper Image Detailing is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Failing paint, clear coat, trim, or interior materials
Aftermarket modifications or previously repaired areas
Client acknowledges that detailing may reveal existing defects.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proper Image Detailing’s liability for any claim arising from membership services shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
14. Acceptance
Enrollment in a membership constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
What is included in a mini detail?
A mini detail is a maintenance service designed to keep your vehicle clean between full details. Services vary slightly by membership tier but generally include a hand wash, wheels and tires cleaned, interior vacuum, wipe down of interior surfaces, and window cleaning. Mini details do not include deep cleaning, stain removal, or heavy pet hair removal.
How often can I use my mini details?
Mini details are available based on your membership tier:
Bronze: 1 per month
Silver: 2 per month
Gold: 3 per month
Unused visits do not roll over to the next month.
Do memberships include priority booking?
Yes. All members receive priority scheduling, with higher tiers receiving earlier availability. This ensures faster booking compared to non-members.
Are memberships limited?
Yes. Memberships are capped to maintain service quality and availability. Once membership slots are full, enrollment is paused.
Can I use my membership for more than one vehicle?
No. Memberships are valid for one registered vehicle only. Additional vehicles require a separate membership.
What if my vehicle is excessively dirty?
Mini details are intended for well-maintained vehicles. If a vehicle has excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, sand, or neglected interiors, a reset detail may be required at an additional cost before continuing membership services.
Are SUVs and trucks priced differently?
Yes. Due to additional time and labor:
Small SUVs / Crossovers: +$20 per month
Large SUVs / Trucks: +$40 per month
Do I get discounts on larger services?
Yes. Members receive exclusive discounts on premium services such as ceramic coatings, paint corrections, and full details. Discounts vary by membership tier and cannot be combined with other promotions.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, memberships continue month-to-month.
Can I cancel my membership?
Memberships may be canceled after the minimum commitment with 30 days’ notice. Cancellations must be confirmed directly with Proper Image Detailing.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Yes. Memberships can be upgraded or downgraded after the minimum commitment period, subject to availability.
How do payments work?
Memberships are billed automatically each month using the payment method on file.
